For Vikas Holkar, it didn't begin with a showroom, a big investment, or a business plan. It began with curiosity.

Several years ago, Vikas was working in Film City, Goregaon, Mumbai. During his breaks, he would often notice a small roadside puncture repair shop outside Film City. While most people simply walked past it, Vikas stopped to observe.

His curiosity slowly turned into passion. Whenever he had free time, he spent it learning from the roadside mechanic. He wasn't learning because someone asked him to. He was learning because he genuinely loved the work.

Day after day he gained practical knowledge about tyres, puncture repair, wheel services and customer handling. Eventually he realized his true passion wasn't his job — it was the tyre business.

In 2018, Vikas made the life-changing decision to leave Mumbai and return to his hometown of Khed with a dream of building something of his own. He started his first tyre shop at Bhavani Naka with no guarantee of success.

He built his business on four simple principles:

Customers trusted him. Word spread. The business continued to grow. Today, Vikas Holkar owns multiple successful tyre businesses including an Authorized Apollo Tyres Dealership, proudly serving thousands of customers throughout the region.

His journey proves that success doesn't always begin with money. Sometimes it begins with curiosity, passion and the courage to take the first step.
